It took two years of going by Westside Marine saying "there's my new boat" before my wife would agree to buying the 2006 20' Hewescraft Searunner.  The little Lund we had just wasn't cutting it when the weather kicked up in the canal and we would get tossed about like an old fishing bobber.  The Hewescraft proved to be a reliable boat for our fishing, crabbing, and shrimping adventures.  What I came to realize is that when you buy a boat from Randy and the gang at Westside, you get so much more than a great boat - you get the best quality customer service both before and after the sale. I appreciate people taking the same time, care, and attention to detail that I take with my boat. Whenever I had a question or concern, I would get knowledgeable advice drawn from years of boating and fishing experience.  Servicing the motors and boat was always first rate and professional.

As so many fishermen before me, it took a few years for me to contract "two foot-itis".  My next and probably last boat is a 2010 26' Silverstreak.  The boat is a remarkable piece of craftsmanship.  Randy and Mark have exceeded all of my expectations in making the new boat sea worthy and ready to fish.  The boat was custom built in Canada with just the bare bones coming across the boarder.  Mark rigged and wired the twin 150 Yamaha motors, installed brand new Teleflex KE4+ engine controls, and installed all new Yamaha digital gauges. Everytime I go to Westside Marine, I am guaranteed to be treated like one of the gang.

We swap fishing stories and discuss new ideas to equip the boat for an optimum fishing experience.   Over the past five years, we have become more than loyal customers with Westside Marine, we've become good friends.  I don't hesitate to refer anyone in the market for a new boat or looking for dependable service to checkout Westside Marine for the best customer care both before and after the sale.  - Dave & Diana Perea

Mark, the chief mechanic from Westside had been doing the maintenance and repair on our 1999 27’ Skagit Orca for over 7 years.  When I decided to purchased a small, lighter more trailerable aluminum boat my first choice was to buy a boat from a dealer that I had the greatest confidence in.  I have found over the years that having a competent, knowledgeable maintenance dealer is the most important consideration when owning a boat.  I purchase a Hewescraft Ocean Pro 22 from Westside Marine in late 2006 after comparing several different aluminum boats and dealer offerings.

unique custom requirements, while at the same time deliver a boat at a cost that other dealers were not willingto meet.  Most other dealers said “here is what we have, take it as is”.  After 4+ years and over 750 hours on my boat, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the cost and service I have received from Westside since purchasing the Hewescraft.  - George Sickel, Brinnon, WA

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for all your help and expertise! Over the past 15 years you have been instrumental in keeping my saltwater fishing addictions possible. From chasing halibut and salmon in the Straits, to blue water tuna fishing off the Washington coast. Since the time I purchased my first 25 hp Yamaha on a 15 ft Smokercraft, upgrading to an 18 ft Hewes craft outfitted with Yamahas, to my twin 250 Yamaha fourstrokes on my 29 ft Wellcraft, you have treated me like family.

My motors, trailers, and electronics are always in fine order due to your maintenance and inspection. In the very few times a problem did occur, you were there to get me back on the water. I have had friends use other shops with nightmare results. Each time I refer them to your shop, none of them have ever been disappointed. I confidently refer with my signature of recommendation to you.  Tight Lines, David E. Gauthun, DC, Master License USCG  Sequim, WA

I have been doing business with Westside Marine Inc. since they started business, over twenty five years ago. What I like and appreciate is the no nonsence, and no pressure. The prices are always great, the service impeccable, and Randy and the staff are great guys.I have purchased several new motors, boats and trailers over the years and I take my fishing serious as its my time off and I need to know I can get back out there when the fish are running. Our seasons are so short now and The guys at Westside Marine keep me going when a problem or breakdown occurs.  - Jim  (King Fish) Rondeau, Port Townsend WA

Our fishing and hunting guide services have been doing business with Westside Marine for over 13 years and in that time we have purchased multiple Yamaha outboard motors and boats from their business. With their excellent service department, Mark and his team keep our fleet of large and small boats and motors running smoothly. As a guide service we don’t have the time or resources to have a boat down for long and the folks at Westside Marine have always gotten our boats in for service  and working back in the water quickly.

We are extremely fortunate to have such a great local business such as Westside Marine here on the Peninsula. Randy, Mark and crew offer impeccable service and value on everything they sell and I always recommend them to anyone looking for a new boat, motors and impeccable marine service.

I spent a  little over a year researching  boat dealers and boats before deciding to buy my new 22 ft Ocean Pro Hewescraft from Westside Marine. I got my boat for a great price and have received excellent service. They are also a great source for accessories and fishing tips as the guys there fish allot, use what they sell, and know what works and where.  - Robin Cronce, Silverdale, WA
